Workshops
for organizations
Diversity is not important in and of itself. Diversity is important because people are important, and people are infinitely diverse.
Recognizing cultural dignity strengthens an organization's purpose and performance. Diversity is good for the bottom line. Period.

In a Knightwriter workshop, we don't give advice or pay lip service to the currency of the day, but rather, develop learning skills for management, employees, students, staff, and stakeholders to listen, to learn and to honor what people bring to the table.

We don't jump you through the hoops and we don't help you check off boxes; we help you be powerful by establishing a culture of continuous learning.

Intercultural Competence workshops for staff, management, board members, students and faculty of non-profits, commercial enterprises and schools.

Speaking
to your group
The adventure of living in a foreign land is appealing. Coping with different cultural practices is daunting. Making new friends is exciting, and feeling lonely is a recurrent ache.
Can you live a life of adventure and learn something new every day? You sure can. It won't always be fun and games, but it is always enriching.

I speak to schools, businesses, and organizations, to children as young as four, to people with time on their hands, and to bigwigs.
Topics are, for example, educational programs in the developing world, unintended mishaps rooted in culture clash, camel safaris through the desert, and learning how not to tell jokes in French.

Interesting, entertaining talks about
life-long learning adventures.
